Plant & Flower Fair
This is an historical event that has hosted a plant and flower exhibition full of unusual, local, and collectible varieties for over 170 years! 75 exhibitors from all over Italy will partake this year. There is fair coming up at the end of April this year, but their website does not have details yet (note the image is from last year's event but the start date is the same):

Horticulture Garden (Florence)
From Saturday 25 April to Sunday 03 May 2026
All courses, labs, and workshops are FREE!
It is advisable to book on their website or directly at the stand of the Società Toscana Orticultura, at the entrance of Via Vittorio Emanuele II.
Throughout the duration of the exhibition, you will find:
- A WIDE VARIETY OF PLANTS AND FLOWERS from more than 75 specialist exhibitors in the Italian horticultural sector
- A vast CULTURAL PROGRAM featuring numerous free activities for adults and children including educational and botanical illustration workshops, talks and book presentations, artistic performances and monumental and botanical walks
- FREE SPECIALIST COURSES on orchids, acidophilic plants, air plants, roses, succulents and cacti and many others taught by our expert teachers in the sector (these specialist courses are reserved for 2025 members of the Società Toscana di Horticultura APS)
We have personally attended this fair several times - if you like flowers and plants, it is not to be missed!
